We ask a lot of our hair. We brush it, heat it, die it, pack it full of icky products, you name it. Hair damage is something that happens to the best of us, and can be seriously frustrating to remedy. It's not going to happen over night, but there are definitely tips and tricks that you can try to help stay on top of tending to your locks. Because you're worth it. *Hair flip*

Give it a Trim

You cannot revive unhealthy hair without a little snip. Get a fresh trim (even a little one) and it will instantly set you on the right track. Getting a trim also inhibits breakage and will reduce flyaways. Bam. Try mashing one ripe avocado in a bowl with an egg and applying to hair for 20-30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and repeat once every two weeks. The result? Hair that is softer and might even grow more quickly as well.

To Wash Or Not To Wash

How often do you wash your hair? Washing your hair everyday strips it from its natural oils and could be keeping you from reaching your #HairGoals. Skip a couple of days and let the oils nurture your scalp and lengths. Braids, buns and ponytails are a good way to help extend wash days.

Au Naturel

When you do wash your hair, try to use natural, deep conditioning products.
